iFlicks is actually pretty fast at converting to m4v and adding Metadata. Lastly, I know many have said that iFlicks is much slower than Subler & Handbrake, but I don't transcode the video very often. Subler won't accept some AVI files for some reason. I prefer iFlicks to Subler & Handbrake for the purpose of converting files for iTunes. I have had some AVI files that wouldn't play properly unless I did some transcoding (changing the preset to Apple TV3 & New iPad). I can't see any difference in picture quality, which should be the case considering mostly I am just changing the file type and adding Metadata. I've only had iFlicks crash a couple times, and that was only when I was loading up the cue with like 100 HD movies at a time.
